To provide the most accurate quote due to changing economic factors, we can only quote with fly dates that are less than 45 days out. Flights later than 45 days from today’s date are subject to a 10% difference in fees due to industry fluctuations in fees.
Aeraway, LLC is neither a direct or indirect “Air Carrier”. Aeraway arranges flights on behalf of its clients through aircraft operators that are Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Part 135 or 121 air carriers or foreign equivalent (“Operators”), who consistently keep full operational control of charter flights. Operators that render these services must adhere to FAA safety requirements as well as additional safety standards established by Aeraway. All services provided by Aeraway comply with 14 CFR Part 295 requirements.
