AERAWAY TAKES INTO ACCOUNT NOT JUST ONE METHOD OR APPROVAL, BUT AN OVERALL VIEW AND EVALUATION OF ALL INFORMATION SOURCES; INCLUDING THE FAA, IS-BAO, ARG/US, AND WYVERN LTD.

All Aeraway flights are operated under FAA Part 135 safety regulations. In addition to ensuring compliance with these requirements required by the FAA, we carefully review information from private, independent safety auditing firms such as Wyvern, the National Business Aviation Association, ARG/US, and IS-BAO, and ONLY partner with aircraft operators that consistently meet and exceed these requirements.

IS-BAO

The International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations (IS-BAO) is the newest and most comprehensive audited safety standard for business aircraft. Only a handful of charter operators have achieved IS-BAO registration. Registered operators have demonstrated compliance through successful completion of a third party industry audit by an IBAC Accredited Auditor.

ARG/US

Aviation Research Group/U.S. (ARG/US) offers consulting services and provides information collection, research and distribution in the field of aviation. One sector of their products and services is charter operator reviews and ratings. Charter Operators can subscribe to ARG/US’s services and obtain a rating of Gold, Gold Plus or Platinum, at increasing subscription rates and levels of evaluation. Consumers of charter services may then also subscribe to ARG/US services and access those ratings and limited operator information. Aeraway will charter any level of ARG/US rated aircraft and crew desired.

WYVERN LTD

Wyvern is used to generate reports on the operator, specific aircrafts, captain, and first officer for each and every charter flight. In addition, Aeraway monitors the history, statistics, and documents for Wyvern registered operators, their aircraft, and crews to ensure a safe flight every time.

CORONAVIRUS

As for our COVID-19 safety protocols, we engage in an extensive and ongoing evaluation of all of our partner operators’ cleaning and sanitation practices, to ensure all member flights are meeting or exceeding CDC standards. Pilots have to maintain an aggressively strict schedule that includes regular health checks, social distancing checkpoints and more.
